What makes us different from the usual italian real estate consultant
In Italy, any person with a high school diploma can become a so-called Real Estate Agent. The technical term would be “Business Agent in real estate brokerage,” i.e. the professional whose job is to bring two or more parties together for the purpose of concluding a deal relating to real estate without being linked to any of them.
To become a real estate agent, you just need to take a special 100 hour training course and pass the subsequent (and difficult) professional qualification exam, which, contrary to what one might think, does NOT in any way deal with the topic of construction but focuses solely on the bureaucratic aspect of a sale.
Differently, working as a Result Real Estate Consultant requires, among other things, a mix of specific skills and experience in the field of construction as well.

I founded and developed my company after acquiring extensive skills over many years working in the field.
In fact, I have been breathing construction since I was a child and spent Saturday afternoons in the warehouse of my father’s construction company, playing with the sand they used to knead the cement or accompanying him on visits to the various construction sites.

Today I am a Senior Consultant in Real Estate and Renovation, as well as the founder of Result, the company with which I help people find, buy and renovate the perfect home for their needs without them having to lift a finger and, above all, without worries. What I can do for you as a consultant is to put at your disposal all my experiences:
- in the field of renovations, in which I worked for twelve years following the various building sites of the family construction company, first as a laborer and then from behind the desk
- In the field of economic quantification of both structural and construction works, in which I became an expert thanks to the collaboration carried out with an important civil engineering company that deals with large contracts such as schools, hospitals, churches, barracks, retirement homes and residential buildings;
- In the field of real estate investments, where I bought, renovated and resold properties;
- In the real estate field, where I regularly passed the strict exam at the Chamber of Commerce to become a business agent in mediation (real estate agent).
Moreover, unlike the usual Italian real estate agencies, we at Result do not deal with sales but focus only on real estate research and purchase consultancy.
This means that we will be your personal Real Estate and Renovation Consultant with no connection to the counterparty (the seller) and therefore devote ourselves exclusively to protecting your interests.
If you think about it, it’s nothing revolutionary. It’s just a matter of having your own personal consultant who knows the local real estate market and, at the same time, has concrete skills and experience in the field of renovations and building recovery.
But if I have to be honest, the better part of Result is that founding it happened spontaneously. It’s not something I had planned. It just so happened that more and more people began to ask me for advice on houses to buy and work to do, so I connected the dots. My passions, my skills and people’s contemporary needs did the rest.
