Everything starts with a free consultation that might take place in person or via conference call. During this meeting, we will analyze your needs and, through a series of targeted questions, we will try to better understand what type of real estate solution we should seek.

However, when work is done on the load-bearing structure of the building (i.e., on the skeleton that allows the building to stand) or on complex plumbing and electrical systems, specific design services are required.
Those evaluations take a long time, and the current landlord would never keep the sale of the property pending for months, waiting for you to gather information to make your decision. We should also consider that unexpected events might occur during construction, and it is almost impossible to know exactly what is hiding behind each wall, floor, or foundation.
The cost estimated for those types of intervention is therefore not guaranteed, without prejudice to our utmost commitment to give the customer an estimate that is always reliable, even in the case of extraordinary maintenance required.
In any case, we will always let you know before buying the house whether or not we will be able to provide you with a guarantee on the cost of the work, regardless of the type of property and work required.
In Italy, the warranty on the quality of the work is provided directly by the professional who will perform the services.
Such a warranty is not optional, like the one we personally offer, but mandatory by law.
